- The R&D center is composed of organic synthesis laboratory, analysis laboratory, performance evaluation laboratory and technical laboratory. It owns a lot of advanced apparatuses including Fourier transform IR spectrograph, gas chromatograph, high pressure liquid chromatograph rheometer, polymer testing equipment etc.
- A powerful technical team with 156 professional technicians, majoring in the research and development of polymer additives, are striving to acquire and develop new production technologies, evaluation projects on the basis of market appeal, scientific feasibility and probability of business success to ensure the carrying out of the high technology and high quality product.
- In our laboratory stringent routine analysis is carried out for each batch of production.

- Environment protection is always emphasized by En-Door. Rapidly responding to changes round the world, the company is steadily evolving into a general manufacturer of environment-friendly chemical products. As one of the most innovative producers of polymer additives, we have developed many breakthroughs in new products to make application as easy as possible and provide long-term protection, which protect our health and the environment.
- To ensure environment safety, systematic measures including pollutant disposal and environment inspection are adopted in production. We own three sewage plants and an environment inspecting laboratory authenticated by state offering all-sides environment evaluation.
